Responsibilities
• Assist leasing and marketing team in both the planning and lease up phases of new rental portfolio development (both creative and quantitative)
• Participate in marketing efforts (including event/partnership brainstorming and execution)

Qualifications
• Student that is currently enrolled a college or University
• Minimum Overall GPA of 3.0
• A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual
